It is rumored that dance was the first branch of art to be found. It is thought that the agreement of people who want to express their feelings by observing natural events in the periods when the spoken language did not develop, forms the basis of dance. Considering that dance is the communication language of body and soul, it is not surprising that it is as old as human history. Many historians even believe that dance was one of the main factors in the development of early human civilizations.

Man made his first dance moves by imitating the rhythm of nature, blending the innate sense of rhythm and body rhythm with his hands, feet and body without realizing it. Since the first days of dance, it has always remained on the same basis: to be the language of the body, soul and thoughts. The transformation of ordinary daily movements into dance as an art form was born from the union of "thinking body" and "moving soul".

The body, accompanied by rhythm, conveys feelings and thoughts, which are difficult to describe, like a ball of yarn blown through a cloud of thoughts, to the eyes with its aesthetics and to the ears with its music.
