If you want to prepare the loaf/baguette as a whole, make small slits on the right and left sides with the help of a knife. However, slicing the whole bread will be more beneficial in terms of even distribution of the mortar you will prepare.
Grate the garlic with the fine part of the grater. Add 2 tablespoons of room temperature butter and 100 g of grated cheddar cheese on it.
Add the spices and thinly sliced parsley leaves to this mixture and mix until a homogeneous distribution is achieved.
Distribute this mortar evenly on the slices of bread you have sliced. If you wish, you can add sesame seeds on the bread slices.
Set your oven to 180 degrees grill setting.
Place the bread slices on the baking tray and bake until the tops are browned. At this stage, monitor your bread slices in a controlled manner. After a few minutes, your delicious garlic bread will be ready to eat!
