Golf Ball Transparent Images
Until 1850, balls filled with feathers were used for golf, then balls made of flexible rubber were used for golf. Let's get to the construction phase: The flexible rubber for the golf ball core is mixed with various chemicals, turned into hot paste and compressed. It is passed between two steel rollers for cooling and smoothing. The cooled and flattened dough is then rolled.
The dough roll is sent to a machine to be cut into small molds. These small pieces that emerge are called wedges. Wedges are placed in the eyes of the pressure molding machine by the workers. The wedges are subjected to a pressure of about one ton, become round and travel to the oven to bake at 137 degrees for about 15 minutes. The water-cooled beans are collected in a vacuum and transferred to another machine, where the core and the shell finally meet.
