14 February Valentine's Day

14 of February is celebrated in all over the world as  Valentine's Day globally. Actually, lt is the belief of Roman Catholic Church. It  comes from a pope whose name is Valentine and since that day it is called with this name because of this in many Christian countries it is celebrated as Saint  Valentine's Day. Valentine means lower. There have been many legends about this day and name. The main idea and the aim in celebrating this day is to give gifts to each other and mostly the lowers do this, and they give each other gifts on behalf of this day. And they send each other cards. Many countries and societies accept this a very normal day at the same time.

Although it is a 1 day celebration, even the sales of flowers and chocolates sales increase immediately and a lot. Some  countries banned to celebrate this special day in  their countries. For example, in Saudi Arabia it is forbidden to sell flowers and send them as a gift was banned. A t the same time other Muslim counties like Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Malaysia also banned to celebrate this valentine day.
