We know that temperatures drop significantly during the winter months, especially at night. The constant dripping of liquid water from roofs during a rain event causes icicles to form.

As a result of the sudden drop in temperature below 0 degrees, we can find ideal conditions for the formation of an icicle. That is, when the ambient temperature is below 0 degrees and it rains or rains, icicles may form with the constant dripping of liquid water. These are characteristic icicles called icicles.
