He was born on April 5, 1973, in Virginia Beach, the fifth son of Carolyn and Pharoah Williams.

The singer, who started to attract attention at a young age with her talent for music, drew attention with her playing the trumpet in her school's jazz studies at the age of 2.

Together with Chad Hugo, Shae and Mike Etheridge in the '90s, they formed the group "The Neptunes", which makes pop, R-B and rap music.

It was a very important turning point for the future of the group when their paths crossed with the famous producer Teddy Riley in a competition. When the dates showed 1994, SWV, Mase, N.O.R.E. and Kelis, they had a remarkable success with their productions.

Moving forward with their style consisting of a combination of different and deep synth riffs and module sounds, the band acquired a unique style called “The Neptunes Sound” over time.
