Database programs make a difference according to their use cases, quality and services, either free or paid. For example, while there are database programs put into service as open source, there are more detailed and secure programs, while there are database programs that provide online service all year round on behalf of companies and government institutions that want a professional use. Currently, there are different database programs available on the market. Among them, some of the most well-known ones are MS Access, MySQL, MsSQL, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2, Oracle and other different database programs. The important thing here is the degree of use. In other words, there may be programs that contain very private information and that are not difficult to access, and there may be free programs offered to keep an academic record.
