Emma Stone was born on November 6, 1988, in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, the daughter of Krista Yeager and Jeff Stone. She has a brother, Spencer Stone, who is an actress. At the age of 11, Emma Stone had her stage debut in The Wind in the Willows at the Valley Youth Theater, a regional theater in Phoenix, Arizona. After finishing Sequoya Elementary School, she went to Cocopah Middle School. While she was a student, she acted in 16 plays at the Valley Youth Theatre. She went to high school at Xavier College Preparatory School.

She convinced her parents to become an actress after high school, and left high school in 2003 when she was 15 and moved to Los Angeles with her mother. Likewise, she prepared for the aptitude tests at home. He started his television career by being accepted to the TV series The New Partridge Family in 2004. He later appeared in the TV series Medium, Malcolm in the Middle and Lucky Louie. Acting in acclaimed films such as Zombieland, Superbad and Easy A also helped him stand out. She starred in the romantic-comedy Crazy Stupid Love with Steve Carrell, Juliane Moore and Ryan Gosling. And in Spider-Man's fourth installment, he's joined the brand-new cast, with Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker and Sally Feildin as Aunt May.

In 2009, he moved from Los Angeles to Greenwich Village in the Lower Manhattan section of New York City. Emma Stone has been with actor Andrew Garfield since 2011.
