Paper Sheet PNG
In order to obtain paper, trees are separated from their bark after they are cut, that is, they are peeled.
After this peeling process, the pieces, which are cut into pieces and turned into logs, are made smaller and water is added into the small pieces so that they can become dough. After this process, the small pieces thrown into the mixer are turned into dough with the help of water.
Cellulose, which is the most important substance in the formation of paper, is put into the dough. While cellulose dissolved in water is turned into pulp, ink is added to whiten it, so that it acquires a white color. Thus, paper production from cellulose is realized.
This paste-like product is mixed in mixers for a short time so that it can become paper.
The pulp coming out of the mixers is sent to the paper machine for processing via pipes. Then, pressure and vacuum are applied to this mixture in dough form. The water content in the pulp is reduced. The pulp, which is purified from water by crushing by means of hot rollers, is now ready for new processes to be applied to become paper products at the end of these processes.
