Bartolomeo Ciristofori, who invented and designed the first piano in 1711, named it
"piano e forte". It means light and strong. The piano, which is in the family of keyed instruments, has a keyboard, namely keys, on the upper part, and the spring and hammer mechanism, which is connected to the keys, on the back part. As soon as you press the keys, the hammers in the mechanism hit the strings and thus the sound is produced. Because the hammer hits the strings, it is sometimes also known as the piano percussion instrument family. The keyboard of the piano consists of two colors, black and white. White keys produce natural sounds from the piano, while black keys produce flat and sharp sounds. Generally, standard piano models consist of 52 white keys and 36 black keys. Piano models, where you can play music such as classical, jazz, rock, blues, funk and pop, are produced with electric or acoustic versions. In addition, the piano is a type of instrument that can be used quite often in solo performances, accompaniments, composition and rehearsals.
