The tricolor Russian flag, consisting of White, Blue and Red, has a history of about 300 years. The national
flag of Russia appeared at the beginning of the XVII-XVIII centuries, when Russia began to become a powerful state. For the first time, the white-red-blue flag took place on the flag of Russia's first warship "Orel", during the reign of Aleksey Mikhailovich, father of Peter I, who wrote his name in the history of Russia. Peter I, on the other hand, enacted on January 20, 1705, that all kinds of commercial ships should hoist the white-blue-red flag, and drew the order of the horizontal stripes himself.
