Sparrows are small and delicate, living in tree bottoms and cavities. It is one of the bird species that quickly adapt to natural conditions. On average, they live 10 to 12 years. However, the average life expectancy of some species is 7-8 years.

Where and How Many Years Does the Sparrow Live?
Worldwide, 80% of sparrows live on the African continent. There are approximately 25 species of sparrows in Egypt, Kenya, Ethiopia and Burkina Faso. This figure was about 50 before 1950. However, both the reduction of forest areas and climate change have led to the extinction of many sparrow species.
