The form of metals made into fine threads is called wire. A wide variety of wires are used in industry. Each type of wire has different properties depending on the area in which it is used.

Wires, in general, can be divided into two. The wires in the first section work only with their mechanical strength. The weight of these types of wires varies depending on their cross-section and the metal from which they are made. The wires carrying the elevator are of this type.

There are also wires that are used because they are in the form of threads, although they do not carry large weights. Although it is like wire thread, it also has many uses because it shows the properties of metal. Strings that provide springing of the beds, strings that give the sound of musical instruments such as piano and violin, barbed wires used as a barrier for people and animals can be counted among this type.
